How long does delivery take to Australia?
Competitive Edge usually processes orders within 7 days of receipt, and delivery will take up to 10 days from despatch. Orders are normally despatched by Royal Mail.

How much does delivery cost to Australia?
Competitive Edge charges a nominal $10 Australian Dollars for packaging and postage on all orders.
What currency will I pay in?
Competitive Edge displays prices in Australian Dollars, and the total displayed in your basket will be the price you pay as we will charge you in your local currency, not in sterling.
We use Paypal as your secure payment method.
The name that will appear on your payment statement is "PAYPAL* COMPETITIVE"
Will I have to pay British VAT?
Competitive Edge shows prices for Australia that do not include British VAT (currently at 20%) as shipments outside the European Union are sold exclusive of VAT.
Will I have to pay any customs charges in Australia?
Competitive Edge understands that all orders not claimed to be exceeding 1000 Australian dollars will be free of import duties and taxes. However, we do recommend that customers check out their local situation.

What do I need to do if I have to return goods?
Competitive Edge policy is you can return goods within 14 days if they are unsuitable or not correctly fitting, but you will need to pay the postage costs. If you return product due to it being faulty we will refund the carriage. We will refund for all returned goods via Paypal. You must clearly mark all returns as "RETURNED GOODS - FAILED SALE" on the customs information document on the outside of the packaging.
Returned goods must be unused, and supplied with their original packaging.
